Jim is fantastic, he really knows his business as he should after 30 years of installing and selling floors.
My wife and I are very skeptical of hiring anyone in the construction trade, but he met or exceeded all of my expectations and I would recommend his service to anyone wanting to have a floor installed, sanded, stained, or repaired.
Jim told us it would take 2-3 days and he was good on his word, finishing in 2 days. He would come early (7 on the dot when he said he would be there) and worked until done in the evening 5 the first day and around 3 the second day. He is fast, thorough and is good on his word.
Only small down side was that he is in high demand so scheduling was tight, so I guess the take home here is know in advance when you want to have the work done and call sooner than later.
I recommend Jim Jordahl without hesitation to friends, family, and anyone interested. Our house looks amazing.
